There was a time in the late 50's to early 60's that pink and turquoise were hot colors in decorating...especially in kitchens. This set is perfect for that retro look.
The fabric actually came from a vintage tablecloth that had been altered from its original size by adding a solid turquoise strip down the middle. The easiest way to give the fabric new life was to rescue it from the solid strip and make cup or tea towels from the checked fabric.
I was able to get eight towels total. This set of two measures 17" x 22". They all vary a bit due to straightening the fabric to align the checks.
If you want a set of towels to be a bright accent in your retro kitchen, this set will fill in nicely!

PAYMENT METHODS: Your purchase may be paid for through Paypal, money order, cashier's check, or personal check. We try to ship within 2 business days after receipt of payment. If you send a personal check, please allow about 10 days for bank clearance before shipping.
RETURNS: We offer a refund if the item is not as represented, and if the item is returned in the same condition as sent. Item must be returned within 5 days after being received by the buyer.
SHIPPING is one cost that always has to be figured in when buying on line. We strive to keep them as reasonable as possible. (I prefer to think of it as saving you the cost of a shopping trip!) Delivery Confirmation is included in shipping charges as a protection for both buyer and seller. On multiple purchases, shipping will be happily combined to save costs for the buyer.
For international buyers accurate amounts are extremely important and vary widely from country to country. We consider each request carefully...and should we overcharge on an estimate, we will refund any amount over $1.00.
INSURANCE: We recommend insurance on any item that is fragile or is valued at over $50.00. We pack as carefully as possible but cannot be responsible for how it's handled once it leaves us.
